I'm Michelle Fragias—keynote speaker, communication coach, and founder of HERVOICE™.
I spent years watching brilliant women shrink themselves in rooms where they should have been leading. ( I was one of these women) Women with ideas, expertise, and voices that mattered—staying silent because fear felt louder than their truth.
Here's what I know: You don't need more information. You don't need another course on "how to speak confidently." You need safety. You need practice. You need a nervous system that doesn't treat visibility like a threat.
That's why I created HERVOICE™—a mentorship container where women don't just learn to speak, they learn to trust their voices enough to actually use them.
My approach is different:
I don't teach generic "confidence tips." I work with the 4 Layers of Fear™—the specific fear patterns that keep successful women silent (Fear of Judgment, Fear of Getting It Wrong, Fear of Too Much, Fear of Not Belonging). Through nervous system work, embodied practice, and strategic skill-building, we dissolve the blocks at the root.
I'm also a recovering corporate people-pleaser who built her business at 43 after years of silencing herself to fit in. I know what it's like to have a voice and be too afraid to use it. And I know what it takes to break free.
My credentials: 20+ Years in Business & Corporate Leadership, Masters of NLP & Advanced EFT Practitioner , TEDxUSYD speaker, corporate workshop facilitator, and Truth Activator (that's not a certification—it's just who I am).
